How do I get an API key?
Sign in, open API Keys in your dashboard and create one — it is shown once, so store it somewhere safe. Every account starts with 100 free credits, enough to integrate and test properly.
What does one API call cost?
One credit per verified address. If a check comes back unknown, the response says charged: false and no credit is taken.
Can I verify in bulk through the API account?
Yes — the same account powers the dashboard's bulk cleaner, which verifies files of up to 10,000 rows server-side. Many teams prototype with single API calls, then clean big lists in bulk.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Calls return 402 until you top up. Your keys stay valid, and a low-balance webhook can warn you before it happens.
